Īmofah disappeared on the evening of June 19, 2019, after uploading an apologetic video on his "TR1Iceman" channel in which he admitted to being mentally ill and suicidal. During the last few months of his life, Amofah showed signs of mental illness and threatened to commit suicide on multiple occasions. His last two channels were "TR1Iceman" and "E Live". He then had a series of breakdowns and was detained by police, which was streamed live to his Instagram followers. After apologising on his subreddit r/EtikaRedditNetwork, Amofah created the channel "EtikaFRFX", which would also be removed in April 2019 after Amofah uploaded pornography to that channel as well. In October 2018, his YouTube channel and social media accounts were removed after Amofah had a breakdown and uploaded pornography to his YouTube channel.
